My name is Tracy Snyder and I have a University Degree in Education and was a school teacher for a few years and decided to combine my love of dogs and strong abilities as a teacher. I have been teaching and assisting dog obedience classes since 1988. All of the teaching is based on positive reinforcement type of training. Over the years I have help train many thousands of students. I watched and audited training classes at various schools for 7 years before beginning assisting classes. So I have been involved with training since 1981. In home private lessons are available prior to, as well as after you bring home your new puppy. All puppies should attend positive motivational classes, however, if you need some guidance prior to the puppy starting school I am available to come to your home to help. Private lessons are available from puppy up through Utility level Obedience, Rally O and general well mannered pet classes. Private lessons are also available indoors or outdoors at my home. I will be opening a training facility shortly near my home in Truro area. Please contact me by phone or e mail below. I hold titles in Obedience, Conformation, Agility, Rally O and Canine Good Neighbour testing. I hold these titles in CKC, AKC, BKC, AAC and UKC. In 2002 I owned and trained the #6 obedience dog in Canada all breeds (Canon). In 1993 I co owned the #1 obedience dog in Canada (Brock). I have taught many students that now have Masters Obedience Titles, Masters Agility Titles, Rally Excellent Titles as well as numerous Conformation titles.
